Service is Offline
- Click "Diagnostics" on the service card to view detailed information
- Check PM2 status - service may have crashed and needs restart
- Check Docker status - container may have stopped
- Review error logs for specific error messages
- Verify the service port is listening
High Restart Count
- Service is crashing repeatedly - check error logs
- May indicate missing environment variables or configuration issues
- Review recent error logs in diagnostics panel
Slow Response Time
- Check service resource usage (CPU/Memory) in diagnostics
- May indicate service is overloaded or has memory leaks
- Consider restarting the service if resource usage is high
